Zenith Career Services offers computer-based testing (CBT) for Pearson VUE*, PSI Exams, and theNational Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).|
We do not schedule exams for test candidates. Scheduling is between the candidate and the testprovider with the exception of Pearson VUE test vouchers.|
*Pearson VUE is offered at Stockton only.

Testing Schedule
Stockton:
- PSI Exams: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8AM-12PM & 1PM-5PM.
- Pearson VUE: Wednesday & Friday from 1PM-5PM.
- NCCT: Scheduled by appointment – availableWednesdays & Fridays 8AM-12PM.
Bakersfield:
- Pearson VUE: Wednesday to Friday from 9AM-1PM.
- NCCT: Scheduled by appointment – availableWednesdays
Certification Exam Overview
We serve as a test center for the National Centerfor Competency Testing (NCCT), PSI Exams/ATLAS/Talogy, and Pearson VUE. Test candidates must schedule their exam throughthe test provider. We are not able to schedulecandidates directly.
When you go to take your exam, remember to…
- Bring your valid government ID card or otherphoto ID.
- Arrive 10 minutes early – late candidates will notbe allowed to take their exam.
Exam candidates may have trouble locating ourtest sites without exact site codes. You will findthem below.
PSI Exams
PSI Exams hosts a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare occupational certification exams. We are approved to host all PSI Examsusing ATLAS, Talogy, and TrueTalent testing platforms.
Exam fees will vary and some exams are heldduring specific testing windows. Pleaseconsult your employer, trainer, or school forinformation relevant to your exam.
PSI Exams are held Mondays, Tuesdays,and Thursdays between 8 AM to 5 PM.

NCCT Exams

What is the difference between NCCT, PSI Exams, and Pearson VUE?
The National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) is a certifying agency that controls thecertification of various healthcare workers. NCCT offers certification exams for seven healthcarecareers: Medical Assistants, Medical Office Assistants, ECG/EKG Technicians, Phlebotomy Technicians, Surgical Technology, Insurance & Coding Specialists, and Patient Care Technicians.
PSI Exams hosts certification exams for a variety of careers with many partners including the TSA,Fortune 500 companies, and thousands of organizations around the world. PSI is not exclusive to aspecific field – it hosts many exams for many kinds of companies. PSI testing also includes TrueTalent and ATLAS exams.
Pearosn VUE hosts many exams for a wide variety of organizations including the National RestaruantAssocaition (ServSafe), Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services. Pearson VUE is similar to PSI Exams inhow they do not cater to a specific sector, but instead host a diverse array of exams for manycompanies, agencies, and organizations.

NCCT and Pearson VUE are available at our Bakersfield location: 2601 F Street Bakersfield, CA. PSI Exams are not available at our Bakersfield location.
